7. Pickup & Drop

We offer pickup and drop services to enhance customer convenience. The availability of these services is strictly dependent on your location within our active service area, our current operational capacity, and formal confirmation from our logistics team. 8. Pricing

All prices listed on our Website or Application are subject to change without prior notice. Quotations provided before a physical inspection are preliminary estimates and may vary once our technicians assess your bicycle. If a service requires additional work or parts beyond the initial estimate, we will seek your explicit approval before proceeding with those additional charges.

9. Rewards Program

Participation in the Deccan Cycle Mart rewards program is governed by separate program rules. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, or any aspect of it, at any time with reasonable notice. The Company may suspend or revoke accumulated rewards where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, abuse of the rewards program, or other intentional misuse.
